El Na R'fa Na La

This simple blessing is what Moses said to God when Miriam was ill. It means, "God, please heal her" and can be translated to "Please heal this soul."

     El na r'fa na la,     Please heal this soul

     Mi shebeirach Avraham v'Sara, Yitzchak v'Rivka, Ya'akov, Rchel v'Leah

     With faith and love, together we bring

     Hope and healing to those in need

     Without judgment, without explanation

     For we are all God's creation
